How many pages are included?
Each Pre-Designed SmugSkin includes the setup of:
- Homepage with Slideshow
- About / Bio Page
- Portfolio Page – Automatically updated when you add galleries
- Services / Pricing Page
- Clients Page – Automatically updated when you add galleries
- Contact Page with Wufoo Form
What is normal turn-around time?
Build time is typically between 5 and 7 business days. Often times the build time is expedited when you have all the materials ready to go when you place your order. Materials may include logo, page copy, etc.
How much do they cost?
The Pre-Designed SmugSkin packages are priced at $445. Extra charges may apply for additional pages and features. See the Extras & Add-ons for features and pricing.
Can I use my logo?
Absolutely! In most cases we won’t have to do much editing to your logo if you provide it in the correct format. (High res PNG, PSD, EPS or AI required)
What if I don’t have a logo?
No problem. We will just use the standard font we have set up in the default version of the SmugSkin you order.
Do I need to write my own copy?
Yes. At this time we do not provide copy writing services. We do, however, recommend that you keep your verbiage short and sweet and personal. We believe that you should have your personality shine through in your text and try to have your audience connect with you.
Can I maintain my site after it’s built?
Yes! Your image galleries will update the same as before, as will your homepage slideshow. Your content pages, which are built in HTML, will require some basic knowledge of code – but don’t worry – we will send you update instructions to help you!
Do you provide maintenance?
We provide basic assistance during the setup process. After your site is complete, we are available for hourly maintenance at our normal billing rate of $110/hr.
Do I have to use a Wufoo form for my contact page?
Nope. We also have the option for you to use the built-in SmugMug contact form or have plain text.
