I was originally attracted to her affordable, clean pre-designed smug skins and her knowledge of SmugMug. After our first conversation I knew that she was the right person for what I was looking for. This being my first website, I was nervous and anxious about what to expect in the design process. Because Melissa understood what I was looking for she made great suggestions on my design options. She responded quickly to my emails and calls and was easy to talk with. I had many questions and she provided clear and thorough answers.
